Pricing

My rates are competitive and the range is based on several factors.

• Rates for translation are calculated according to the number of words in the source text (the text you want translated).

• Rates for editing or proofreading may be based on the number of words in the source text or calculated at an hourly rate.

• Word-count for non-editable files, such as PDFs, is based on the number of words in the target text (the translated text I produce).

• There is a minimum charge for documents with fewer than 250 words.

• A surcharge may apply if your document has a non-editable format or if a rush translation is needed.

• Payment is due within 30 days after the date of invoicing.  Lengthy projects may require payment in instalments.

• New clients will usually be required to pay in advance for the first service rendered.
